Sunday Worship
10 am - 11 am

Care for infants and toddlers is provided in our Nursery in the Education Building. Please feel free to leave your children in our care beginning at 9:45 am. Each Sunday the ministry of caring for your child may include playing with the children, reading stories to toddlers, comforting a child or cradling one to sleep, giving bottles or changing diapers as needed.

Children (pre-kindergarten through 5th grade) attend worship with their parents in the sanctuary beginning at 10 am. After the "Children's Message", they leave with their teachers for Sunday School.

Sunday School
10:30 am - 11:am

Sunday School begins in the Education Building for children ages 4 through 5th grade after the Children's Message in the Sanctuary.

Pre-Kindergarten - Each Sunday a Bible story from the Old or New Testament is read and talked about and the children are involved in a related activity. Each child receives a copy of The Beginner's Bible to use at home with his/her parents. As both parents and teachers share together with the children the most important book ever written, we pray we will all come to know and grow in God's amazing love for us in Jesus Christ.

Kindergarten through 5th Grade - A variety of activities each Sunday involves the children and youth in the Bible and encourages their questions and growth in faith. Special Christmas, Easter, and mission events are planned during the year.

Other Christian Education Ministries

Youth Ministries - Middler youth are offered an oppotunity to explore their faith in a class held on Monday nights. A Confirmation Class for 9th graders is offered on Sunday mornings for youth to continue exploring their faith. Adult Education - Believing that growing in faith is a life-long journey, a variety of programs are offered to adults including a Lenten Devotion series, Tuesday afternoon Bible studies, and adult forums on a variety of topics held on Sundays after worship.

Intergenerational Educational Events - are planned during the year and designed to interest and involve all age groups in the congregation. Events are always evovling and have included an Advent Event, Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper, as well as mission related events such as making baby kits and hygiene kits for people of Haiti and other world-wide needs.

 

Summer Ministries

Vacation Bible School - five mornings of worship, music, crafts, recreation, fun and fellowship for pre-kindergarten through entering 4th grade. For more information or to complete a registration form, see vacation bible school

Summer Quest - a day camp for youth entering 5th grade through 8th grade. The program runs from 9 am to 3 pm and gives the youth an opportunity to discover more about their community, God's Word and themselves. For more information or to complete a registration form, see Summer Quest
