Our Thrift Shop, organized in 1970, is a volunteer staffed mission opportunity. The items for sale come from congregation and community donations. All proceeds from the shop are donated to local charities and service organizations including but not limited to, the Fanwood and Scotch Plains Rescue Squads, Heart for Humanity, Refugee Assistance of New Jersey, and El Centro Hispanoamericano in Plainfield.

 

The shop is open on Wednesdays from 10 AM to 3 PM, September through June. The entrance is on MacDermott Place. Donations are received only when the Thrift Shop is open. Accepted items include new and clean, gently used clothing, shoes, purses, jewelry, bric-a-brac, small appliances, books, and artwork. Seasonal décor is also accepted. Please no broken or items with missing parts, and no text books or medical books.
